Susan Menkhaus established Insight Management Group after more than 25 years with a Fortune 100 Telecommunications Company. Her extensive background in both operational and financial management, leading both large organizations and smaller tactical teams, has allowed her to successfully design and deliver solutions for several major corporate initiatives. She led the creation of the strategic plan, including a four year implementation program, to redesign the processes used in managing corporate fixed assets totaling over $50B. Her team removed over $300M of under-producing assets and initiated the development of patented processes for ongoing management. Two patents have been approved by the U.S. Patent office, the most recent in July 2007. Susan has directed activities associated with the management and analysis of current period financials, including Business Case Governance and Independent Telephone Company Audits.

Susan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Louisiana State University and a Master's Certification in Project Management from the George Washington University.

Susan was raised in New Orleans, Louisiana and currently resides in Alpharetta, Georgia, with her husband of over 30 years, John Menkhaus. They have two grown sons who also have established careers in the Telecom industry.
