Christopher H. Hymel
Senior Analyst
Chris Hymel has achieved over thirty five years of diverse management experience including business forecasting, human resource planning, expense and capital budgeting, evaluating business plans and training. He has advanced skills in personal computers and has worked with corporate mainframe systems. He has been a departmental expert on both hardware and software matters. Chris began his career with the United States Air Force (earning an E5 rating in less than 4 years) while maintaining inertial navigation equipment on USAF reconnaissance and fighter aircraft. His more than 30 years experience with a Fortune 100 Telecommunications Company includes budget analysis and management, budget consulting with executive management, and Network business plan and planning budget development and tracking. Chris has conducted research and data analysis of corporate detailed property records associated with $50B of fixed assets, and is named as a co-inventor on the patents for the processes developed to conduct this analysis. Chris holds a Bachelor of Social Studies Degree from Loyola University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
Bernice Frishman
Senior Analyst
Bernice Frishman is an experienced Program Manager and Business Analyst and has had the unique experience of developing IT billing applications for a Fortune 100 telecommunications company and then utilizing that knowledge to support Finance, Marketing, Sales and Executive Support operations. Bernice has conducted FCC mandated Operational Reviews of the ordering, provisioning and billing systems in the telecommunications arena. Bernice has integrated her vast experience and knowledge in both the IT organizations and operational organizations, and has designed , developed and deployed integrated Business Intelligence solutions that enable all levels of management to retrieve and examine financial information in a user-friendly manner.
With her success as Project Manager, Application and Database Designer, Business Analyst and Financial Analyst, she has been recognized for her ability to understand the strategic direction of a business and translate that strategy into tactical actions. She has designed, developed, and deployed Activity Based Information Systems (ABIS) models to understand costs consumed by wholesale telecommunications business units and was interviewed by CIO magazine for her participation in one of the largest Activity Based Management (ABM) implementation projects in the U.S. She successfully managed the financial reporting migration from an MS Excel platform to a database platform combining MS SQL Server, MS Access, Teradata, and BRIO Executive Information System (EIS) technology, thereby expanding and enhancing reporting and monitoring capabilities. She has produced telecom product forecasts including Documentation and Justification for annual FCC tariff filings resulting in successful rate adjustments. In addition, she has managed the production of customer specific Switched and Special Access telecommunications forecasts. Bernice Graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Louisville with a B.A. in Mathematics and has a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University.
